Services Terms & Conditions 

By placing an order with Dissertation Help Online, you enter into a professional service agreement with the Company. This agreement outlines our duties, your obligations, and the legal framework for managing your order.

Interpretation of Key Terms

For clarity, the following terms apply throughout this agreement:

Order

“Order” is any request placed through our website for dissertation writing services or related academic support. An order becomes active after payment confirmation and submission of required details.

Company

“Company” mean Dissertation Help Online, responsible for managing orders, assigning Experts, and providing academic writing services.

Customer

A “Customer” is any individual who places an order for academic writing help and provides the required instructions and materials.

Expert

An “Expert” is a qualified academic professional assigned to complete the requested work.

Model Sample

“Model Sample” means the document delivered to the Customer for personal research and reference use only.

1. Collaborative Service Model

• Clause 1.1 Agency Role: Dissertation Help Online is an academic support agency that links UK students with PhD-qualified academic Experts. We manage dissertations and assignments, provide essay writing help, provide technical and research support, and monitor quality to ensure your needs are met promptly and within the expected time.
• Clause 1.2 Expertise Verification: We guarantee that your assigned Expert holds at least one degree level higher than your current project requirement (e.g., a Master’s project is handled by a PhD-level Expert).
• Clause 1.3 Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline orders if we lack the relevant expertise.  In such cases, a 100% immediate refund is issued.

2. Fair Use & Academic Stewardship

• Clause 2.1 Anti-Plagiarism Protocol: The Student agrees that the delivered product is Online Academic study help. Submitting the work as your own finalised submission is a violation of this agreement and your institution's policies.
• Clause 2.2 Academic Responsibility: We are not liable for any institutional disciplinary actions; the final submission is the sole responsibility of the student.

3. Order Placement and Requirements

• Clause 3.1 Information Integrity: Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the "Brief." If the university supervisor provides new feedback after work has started, this may be treated as a "Scope Adjustment" under Section 7.3.
• Clause 3.2 Activation Timeline: Deadlines are calculated from the moment both (a) Payment is verified and (b) All essential primary data/resources are uploaded to our secure portal. 

4. Expert Matching & Reassignment

• Clause 4.1 Strategic Matching: The selection of a qualified Expert is carried out based on academic level and subject expertise. Customers can also demand reassignment on a valid basis. All Experts are selected based on their academic qualifications and experience.
• Clause 4.2 The Reassignment Clause: If the Customer provides documented evidence that the Expert has failed to follow the core brief, a new Expert will be assigned within 3 hours at no additional cost.

5. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

• Clause 5.1 Zero-Trace Policy: We do not store your work in any public database (like Turnitin or Scribbr). Your project remains "invisible" to institutional scanners.

6. Milestone & Progressive Delivery

• Clause 6.1 Component Delivery: For dissertations, we highly recommend "Milestone Delivery" (e.g., Chapter by Chapter). This allows for supervisor feedback to be integrated at every stage.
• Clause 6.2 Response Lag: To maintain deadlines, the Customer must respond to Expert queries within 24 hours. Failure to respond may result in a "Time Extension" equal to the delay.

7. Quality Assurance and Revisions

• Clause 7.1 Internal Peer Review: Before delivery, your project undergoes a secondary review by our QA department to ensure it meets the requested grade-standard rubrics.
• Clause 7.2 Scope Adjustments: Requests for a "Change of Methodology" or "New Case Study" after work has begun will incur a fee proportional to the additional effort required. However, in existing instructions, revisions are free. 

9. Financial Security & Refund Tiers

• Clause 8.1 (Secure Payments): All transactions are handled by PCI-compliant third-party gateways. We do not store card details.
• Clause 8.2 (Refund Tiers): Full refunds are provided if no Expert is assigned. Partial refunds are issued based on the volume of work completed if a project is cancelled mid-way.
  

9. Intellectual Property & Usage License

• Clause 9.1 (Personal Use License): Upon full payment, the Customer is granted a private, non-transferable license to use the Model Sample for personal research.
• Clause 9.2 (Non-Publication): The Customer may not publish, resell, or distribute the Model Sample under any commercial banner.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Clause 10.1 (Grade Disclaimer): We guarantee a "Standard of Research Quality," not "Specific Grades." Academic success is determined by the university's subjective grading system.
• Clause 10.2 (Technical Failures): The Company is not liable for delays caused by external technical issues beyond our control.

11. Professional Conduct

• Clause 11.1 (Mutual Respect): We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment or unprofessional conduct toward our staff. Such behaviour will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.
